On March 1, 2025, Kim Eung Hwa & Korean Dance Academy brought the color and elegance of Korean fan dance to the Asian Hall of Fame Benefit, presented as a Women’s History Month Celebration at The Biltmore Los Angeles.

The sold-out annual benefit gathered 100 community leaders, artists, and members of the press for an evening of philanthropy and performance. The event opened with a red carpet and charity boutique, followed by dinner, speakers, a concert, and dance presentations in the historic hotel.

Kim Eung Hwa & Korean Dance Academy shared Korean heritage through the rhythmic movement, vivid costumes, and floral formations of the fan dance. The performance offered guests a memorable expression of Korean traditional culture within an evening celebrating Asian and Indigenous legacy.

Proceeds from the benefit supported the American Red Cross’s Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts and Asian Hall of Fame’s Women in Tech, Entertainment & Arts Program. Asian Hall of Fame, established in 2004, is a cultural, educational, and research institution dedicated to advancing Asian and Indigenous legacy in the United States and around the world.
