On November 18, 2025, Kim Eung Hwa & Korean Dance Company performed at the grand opening celebration for the new Kia Downtown Los Angeles flagship building.

Moving through the dealership’s hospitality spaces in brilliant blue-and-red costumes, the ensemble presented a Korean traditional drum dance. The performance brought the sound, movement, and communal energy of Korean performing arts into a celebration attended by the Trophy Automotive, Kia, and partner communities.

The new Kia Downtown Los Angeles occupies a nearly century-old, approximately 133,000-square-foot building at 2100 South Figueroa Street. The four-story urban showroom and service center was designed by AO as an adaptive-reuse project, preserving the structure’s industrial character while adding contemporary vehicle display, circulation, and hospitality spaces.
